This project needed an extensive amount of assistance and has been out in various regions of Nepal.
Well-maintained SUVs were employed to transport US participants in Kathmandu and Nagarkot, ensuring emergency preparedness and swift vehicle replacements. Logistics support involved arranging an extensive number of essential supplies, keeping records of fuel reimbursements for military vehicles as well as setting up the production and distribution of products like generators and target stands. Likewise, prepaid cellular SIM cards and top-up cards were additionally provided.
Similarly, transportation was made better and simpler in Kathmandu, Hetauda, and Amleghkunj by 4×4 SUVs driven by skilled individuals who spoke English proficiently and who were well acquainted with the area. Along with provision for training materials, fuel expenses for transportation and generator usage were refunded and the valuable emergency supplies were managed with prior authorization.
These activities required tools, labor and supplies, along with independent management from US government representatives and compliance to performance criteria. Furthermore, serviceable vehicles were maintained, cellular communication devices were provided, and pack animals were set up enabling high-altitude transit in Nagarkot and surrounding regions.
Logistical assistance consisted of daily transport vehicles, construction supplies, and generators, along with managing fuel subsidies for U.S. and Nepali military operations. Meanwhile, versatility was maintained to manage changes and cancellations, ensuring smooth operation throughout each exercise.
